The ACON On Call Extra Blood Glucose Test Strips have a thin size. Blood is measured at the end of a test strip to measure the glucose value. The blood is then taken up by the strip. Then a reaction takes place in the reaction cell in which an electric current is produced. Using this current, the ACON On Call Extra Glucosemeter can determine the value of blood glucose. The measured concentration is finally shown on the display of the meter.
