KIRKLAND VITAMIN B12

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

• Many Kirkland B-12 products are quick-dissolve / sublingual tablets, often flavored (e.g. cherry).  
• The active form used is often methylcobalamin, which is a bioactive form of vitamin B-12, meaning the body doesn’t need to convert it.  
• The high dose (5000 mcg) is typically used when supplementation is needed for low B-12 levels, absorption issues, diet limitations (e.g. vegan/vegetarian), etc.  
• Typical usage: one tablet daily (or as directed) placed under tongue until dissolved.
